RETURN POLICY
There is a 20% restocking fee on all approved returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase call us within 5 days to arrange for a refund or an exchange. All approved returns should be in original new condition with original packaging and paperwork. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the full value of the product. Repack items carefully with the original packing materials. Prepay and Insure the shipping. You are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for actual shipping cost. Actual shipping cost is the fee the shipping company charged us to ship your item. The shipping charges we have listed do not reflect the full shipping cost. Item must be sent with a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a return authorization number, e-mail info@steelartcreations.com or call 916-334-7405 before shipping the return. Returned items with out a return authorization number will be refused and shipped back at the buyers expense.
All Delivered and Return Freight Charges are non refundable and the responsibility of the customer. Non approved returns will NOT be accepted. Otherwise, all sales are final.
